Yasser's dedication to continuous learning is evident in his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in OHPF and Floor Conveyors, which he earned through DMW's educational programs. He has leveraged this knowledge to lead the execution of numerous complex projects across North America, including the US, Canada, and Mexico. His most notable accomplishment was spearheading the establishment of DMW's Mexico division in Silao, a testament to his strategic vision and leadership capabilities.

Yasser's leadership style is built on a strong foundation of collaboration and open communication. He believes in the power of being "on the floor with his team," fostering a sense of camaraderie and understanding. Bi-weekly face-to-face meetings ensure he is actively listening to his team's concerns and actively involved in finding solutions.
