Summary:

Assist company Project Managers with the maintaining all project scheduling documents.
Reports To:
Engineering Manager

Assist company Project Managers with the maintaining all project scheduling documents.

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in Material Handling System Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and Application
  • Principles and methods of: materials handling, project engineering, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and conveyor design; applicable codes and regulations, basic understanding of related mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Outlook and Project
  • Effective oral and written communications; concise report development; current office computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate templates and document development to be used in tracking project schedules
  • Maintain all documents directly related to the project schedule
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required
  • Other duties as assigned
