Patrick’s career at DMW is a testament to the power of dedication and commitment. Spanning an impressive 27 years, his journey from apprentice millwright to Vice President of Operations is marked by a steady progression through roles of increasing responsibility.

Patrick’s foundational years were spent honing his technical skills at the Millwright Institute of Technology where rigorous training provided him with the bedrock for his subsequent career trajectory. Steadily advancing in the field, Patrick then ventured into estimating and project management. Each role served as a steppingstone, broadening his understanding of field operations, team management, and complex project oversight. These experiences culminated in his current role as VP of Operations, where he now leverages his comprehensive background to oversee and optimize our organization's operational strategies. His journey has not only refined his leadership abilities but has also instilled in him a deep appreciation for the dedication and expertise required at every level of the organization.

As a VP of Operations, Patrick’s leadership style is a blend of servant and situational leadership. He prioritizes the needs and development of his team, ensuring that they have the support, resources, and guidance necessary to succeed.
