Sharath Mekala

Sharath has had a distinguished career, spending the last six years at DMW, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Technological University, a foundation that has propelled him to make significant contributions to the field.

Starting his career in Engineering, Sharath quickly advanced into a management role, currently serving as the Director of Quality Control Systems. In this role, he has been pivotal in spearheading critical technological advancements, enhancing organizational efficiency, and streamlining internal processes and procedures. His ability to bridge the gap between engineering and management has been instrumental in driving innovation and achieving operational excellence within the company.

Sharath's leadership style is centered around both solving today's challenges and anticipating future needs. He believes in a dual approach to leadership: managing - finding solutions to today's problems and leading – designing solutions to a future problem. His leadership philosophy focuses on optimizing operational business processes and driving digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on creating a consumer-centric employee experience.
